Job Context:

Riseup Labs is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant - Social Media & CRM Coordinator to support a growing real estate-focused business. This role is ideal for someone who can manage day-to-day operational and marketing activities independently while maintaining strong attention to detail across CRM systems, social media platforms, email campaigns, and client communications.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, creative, dependable, and capable of handling multiple ongoing projects simultaneously. This person should be comfortable taking direction, understanding broader business objectives, and proactively identifying tasks that require attention without constant supervision. The position involves supporting real estate marketing operations through CRM management, social media coordination, SMS campaigns, email nurture systems, content creation, and administrative support.

Job Responsibilities:

CRM & Database Management

  • Maintain and organize CRM systems and client databases
  • Perform database cleanup, formatting, deduplication, and contact updates
  • Manage tagging, segmentation, smart lists, and data organization
  • Ensure records remain accurate, current, and properly maintained
  • Support CRM workflows, nurture systems, and follow-up processes
  • Work within platforms such as Lofty (formerly Chime) and Follow Up Boss

SMS & Outgoing Text Campaign Management

  • Organize and maintain text campaign lists
  • Set up and schedule outgoing SMS campaigns
  • Monitor campaign replies and flag important responses
  • Assist with follow-up coordination and response tracking
  • Maintain messaging consistency and internal communication guidelines
  • Ensure campaigns are managed professionally and accurately

Social Media Content Creation

  • Create professional and engaging social media content for real estate and service-based brands
  • Develop captions, post ideas, and content calendars
  • Design branded Canva graphics and promotional assets
  • Create educational, promotional, and relationship-driven content
  • Repurpose existing content into platform-specific social media post
  • Assist with short-form video concepts and content planning

Social Media Management

  • Schedule and publish social media content across multiple accounts
  • Manage social media calendars and posting schedules
  • Monitor engagement, comments, and direct messages
  • Escalate or respond to messages when appropriate
  • Review analytics and provide basic reporting and performance insights
  • Support ongoing brand consistency across all social channels

Email Campaigns & Smart Plans

  • Assist with creating and organizing email nurture campaigns
  • Draft email copy for automated sequences and follow-up campaigns
  • Build and organize smart plans and automated workflows
  • Segment contacts appropriately for targeted campaigns
  • Review campaign performance and suggest optimization opportunities
  • Support CRM-based marketing automation initiatives

Video Editing & Content Support

  • Create and edit short-form social media videos and reels
  • Add captions, branding, graphics, music, and transitions
  • Repurpose long-form content into shorter promotional clips
  • Produce polished video assets aligned with brand standards

Educational Requirements:

  • H.S.C/A-Levels/Bachelors

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with CRM management and database organization
  • Familiarity with Lofty (formerly Chime) and Follow Up Boss
  • Experience using Canva, Planable, and Metricool
  • Strong understanding of social media content creation and scheduling
  • Experience managing SMS/text campaigns and follow-up coordination
  • Knowledge of email marketing, nurture campaigns, and smart plans
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting real estate agents, mortgage professionals, or marketing agencies
  • Familiarity with real estate lead management and CRM workflows
  • Experience with automated follow-up systems and nurture campaigns
  • Video editing and short-form content creation experience
  • Understanding of social media analytics and reporting

  • 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (PHT)
