Position Overview:
The Virtual Executive Assistant will provide end-to-end administrative, operational, and client upport across multiple business functions, including real estate, travel services, security coordination, and marketing. This role requires strong communication, high responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced remote setup.
Core Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and appointments.
- Handle inbox management and maintain professional email communication.
- Perform data entry and maintain structured spreadsheets.
- Organize digital files and maintain reporting documentation.
- Real Estate Operations Support
- Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally.
Schedule consultations, meetings, and property showings. - Maintain and update lead/prospect pipelines in CRM systems.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and clients.
- Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally.
- Travel Business Operations Support
- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests.
- Manage quote intake and initial client communication.
- Follow up on leads and pending service requests.
- Assist with payment reminders and coordination.
- Handle basic social media inquiries related to services.
- Security Business Administrative Support
- Assist with scheduling and coordination requests.
- Support communication with clients and vendors.
- Provide general administrative coordination support.
- Marketing Support
- Schedule and publish social media posts as instructed.
- Assist with basic Canva-based design tasks (preferred).
- Track marketing leads and engagement metrics.
- Follow up on inbound marketing inquiries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Workplace:
- Uttara, Dhaka (On-Site)
Work-Time:
- 07.00 PM -04.00 AM
Salary:
- Negotiable (Based on experience and skills).
Compensation & Other Benefits:
- Annual Performance Evaluation and Increment.
