Job Context:
Riseup Labs is seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The role focuses on improving performance, managing budgets, analyzing data, and scaling high-performing campaigns while collaborating with creative and marketing teams to maximize ROI.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms]
- Optimize campaigns for performance, conversions, and ROI
- Monitor daily ad spend, budgets, and key performance metrics
- Execute A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments
- Analyze campaign data and prepare clear performance reports
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop effective ad assets
- Scale high-performing campaigns and pause or adjust underperforming ones
- Stay up to date with advertising platform updates, policies, and industry trends
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor in a relevant field from any reputed public or private university.
Job Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising platforms
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs
- Proven ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions
- Experience managing ad budgets and scaling campaigns
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented with a strong, results-driven mindset
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Google, or TikTok Ads
- Background in e-commerce, lead generation, or SaaS campaigns
- Experience working with international brands or remote teams
Workplace:
- Remote
Working Hour:
- 7 pm - 4 am
Salary:
- Negotiable (Based on experience and skills)
