Job Context:
Riseup Labs is seeking a Lead Generation Manager to drive our global lead acquisition efforts. The role involves identifying niche markets, developing and executing targeted lead generation strategies, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI-driven sales automation, digital outreach, and outbound prospecting to build and maintain a
high-quality sales pipeline. This position requires close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead nurturing, improve conversion rates, and implement data-driven marketing initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage scalable lead generation strategies targeting international markets.
- Conduct extensive market research to identify high-potential industries, key decision-makers, and emerging trends.
- Utilize AI-powered sales automation tools to streamline lead qualification and prospecting.
- Oversee multi-channel outreach campaigns, including email marketing,
- LinkedIn engagement, and digital advertising.
- Optimize lead acquisition processes to increase efficiency and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance content strategies and lead nurturing workflows.
- Monitor lead generation KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Ensure seamless integration of CRM and marketing automation tools to track and manage lead flow effectively.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, sales enablement technologies, and AI-driven marketing innovations.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a results-oriented and growth-driven culture.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Additional Requirements:
- Proven expertise in AI-driven sales tools, CRM platforms, and email automation tools.
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and data-driven sales strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and scaling lead generation teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Special Notes:
- Weekend and Shift time may change in future. weekend can change to Friday& Saturday, and shift might change to 9AM to 6PM
