Email Marketing & Outreach Specialist

Job Context:

Riseup Labs is seeking an Email Marketing & Outreach Specialist to manage email funnels, affiliate communications, and partnership engagement. This role is focused on driving acquisition, retention, and collaborations through strategic email campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Email Funnel Strategy & Execution: Design and manage email campaigns across various segments to optimize engagement and conversion.
• Copywriting & Messaging: Craft persuasive emails, including newsletters, drip sequences, and promotional campaigns.
• Affiliate & Partner Outreach: Manage communications with affiliates and partners to foster engagement and collaboration.
• CRM & Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM/email platforms to track performance, optimize campaigns, and report metrics.
• Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to ensure email communications reflect overall strategy.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years on e-mail marketing, partner outreach, CRM email automation

Additional Requirements:

• Proven experience in email marketing and campaign management.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write for multiple audience segments.
• Experience with affiliate marketing, partner outreach, and CRM/email tools.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and campaign performance.
