Intern – Pre-sales & Business Analyst

Job Context:

Riseup Labs is looking for a motivated "Intern – Pre-sales & Business Analyst", who is eager to build a career in software business analysis and presales. The intern will work closely with the Business Analysis and Pre-sales team, assisting in requirement analysis, documentation, proposal preparation, research, and solution planning for software projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis Support
  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Help prepare BRD, SRS, PRD, user stories, meeting notes, and project documentation.
  • Assist in creating workflows, use cases, wireframes, and process diagrams.
  • Conduct business and market research.
• Pre-Sales Support
  • Support preparation of technical proposals, Scope of Work (SoW), and presentations.
  • Assist in project estimation and solution documentation.
  • Help prepare client meeting materials and project summaries.
  • Maintain proposal templates and documentation repositories.
• Client & Team Collaboration
  • Participate in internal meetings and client discussions when required.
  • Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Business Development teams.
  • Document meeting minutes and follow-up action items.
• Learning & AI
  • Learn software development processes and business analysis methodologies.
  • Use AI tools to improve research, documentation, and productivity.
  • Continuously improve documentation quality through feedback and mentoring.

Educational Requirements:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Additional Requirements:

• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with BRD, SRS, or software documentation concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Figma, Draw.io, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Good presentation skills using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Interest in AI-assisted documentation and business analysis.

Workplace: 

• Uttara, Dhaka

Working hour:

• 09.00 AM to 6.00 PM
