Senior Manager - Finance

Our client is a leading financial services company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Thye are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Finance to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As the Senior Manager of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and providing strategic guidance to the company's financial activities. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial plans and ensure the company's financial health and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth and profitability goals
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior management
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement cross-functional initiatives and projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and investors
• Provide regular financial updates and reports to the executive team and board of directors
• Continuously assess and improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws in Saudi Arabia
• Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Fluency in English is required.
