Position: Business Development Specialist (Healthcare Industry)
Number of hours: 20 hours/week
Schedule: PH Time 1:00PM to 5:00PM
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Partnership Growth (70%)
Identify, qualify, and secure new clinic partnerships through strategic prospecting and outreach.
Conduct product demos, consultations, and presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Understand clinic operations, revenue goals, and client base to deliver tailored business solutions.
Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing, and terms while ensuring alignment with company standards.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall business growth and expansion.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools and report on key performance metrics.
2. Client Success & Relationship Management (30%)
Coordinate onboarding and training for clinic partners, ensuring confidence in product use and operational integration.
Provide ongoing business consultation to drive partner success and repeat revenue generation.
Support marketing initiativeshelp clinics leverage promotional materials and campaigns effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner clinics, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Monitor partner performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement retention strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, business development, or key account management, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or medical devices.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing long-term client accounts.
Experience working with medical or aesthetic clinics is highly advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic growth plans.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
Willingness to travel for meetings, training, and client presentations as needed.
Preferred Assets
Knowledge of aesthetic, healthcare, or wellness industry trends.
Clinical understanding of medical procedures or terminology is a plus.
