Position: Patient Care Coordinator
Number of hours: 20 hours per week, with potential to transition to full-time (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Australian Time zone
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to patients and healthcare providers.
Handle appointment setting and scheduling for patient consultations or demos.
Perform patient follow-ups to confirm appointments, answer basic inquiries, and ensure continuity of care.
Conduct doctor and clinic outreach to introduce the company and establish initial relationships.
Present product introductions clearly and professionally to patients and healthcare partners.
Maintain accurate call notes, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM or tracking tools.
Meet daily and weekly call, booking, and follow-up targets.
Qualifications
Required: Proven experience in medical cold calling or healthcare outreach.
Background in healthcare, medical VA, patient coordination, or medical sales is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems or call-tracking tools is a must.
Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls.
Experience with appointment setting and follow-up workflows.
Strong verbal English communication skills with a professional, patient-centered approach.
Ability to explain healthcare or SaaS products clearly and confidently.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage call logs and schedules accurately.
