Position: General Virtual Assistant
Number of hours: 10 hours/week
Schedule: UK Time
Tasks required:
Manage emails and phone calls assigned by the client
Book travel arrangements such as flights and accommodation
Schedule meetings and host virtual meetings while recording the minutes, if necessary
Maintain clients database
Manage clients calendars
Create new listings for Airbnb
Assist in booking Airbnb for customers and providing information about their booked locations
Manage properties on short stay platforms
Perform market research, if necessary
Create presentations and reports using Canva, as assigned
Help in basic project management and coordination
Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a General Virtual Assistant or a relevant role
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP (GSuite, Zoom, Slack, Asana, Notion, etc.)
Familiarity with Airbnb and other short stay platforms is required
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks
Must be able to handle sensitive information properly to maintain confidentiality
Diligent work ethic
