Position: Social Media and Marketing Manager

Tasks:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow brand presence across multiple platforms. Suggest the best platforms for clients’ specific needs, ensuring the proper channels are used to maximize impact.

  • Create engaging digital content, including graphics, reels, and other multimedia assets for organic and paid campaigns. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

  • Drive traffic and generate leads for events such as exhibits, trade shows, and other industry-related gatherings. Craft and schedule posts to promote these events effectively.

  • Develop strategies to build followers, increase likes, and boost engagement across various social media accounts. Focus on increasing the quality and quantity of interaction with the community.

  • Design and implement paid social media ad campaigns. Optimize ads to generate quality leads and track performance metrics, ensuring ROI.

  • Track and analyze social media performance, including engagement rates, reach, and conversion metrics. Provide insights to continually improve campaigns and strategies.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on performance, suggesting improvements, and offering innovative social media ideas to achieve business goals.

  • Other tasks as assigned


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management and marketing, particularly in industries similar to firearms or safety products.

  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and the ability to select the best platforms for specific business goals.

  • Proficiency in creating digital assets (graphics, videos, reels, etc.) for both organic and paid campaigns.

  • Ability to develop a tailored social media plan for the firearms industry, including a content calendar.

  • Proven track record in social media management with a portfolio that demonstrates past work, including tangible metrics such as engagement rates, lead generation, and growth.

  • Strong proactive mindset with the ability to suggest new content ideas, campaigns, and social media strategies that align with the client’s goals and objectives, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Experience in driving traffic and generating leads for events such as exhibits, trade shows, and online events.

  • Strong ability to analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
