Schedule: Afternoon - Evening (Flexible) PH Time

Tasks required:

  • Typical Admin Task

  • Files management (Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner)

  • Manage the talent acquisition process for the technical/IT vacancies, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants

  • Lead process development effort to centralize sourcing information and improve efficiency of the talent acquisition process

  • Manage company's Facebook page for new job postings and qualify applicants that applied via Facebook

  • Communicate and liaise with the Business Development Team to get a clear view of the hiring needs and organizational goals of the clients

  • Define job descriptions and document specifications

  • Research and create presentations as assigned

  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

  • Resolve administrative problems within, but not limited to the Human Resource Team

  • Perform additional tasks or projects assigned

  • Open to ad hoc tasks



Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Recruiter or any relevant role is required

  • Technical recruitment experience is a plus

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and possesses great attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations talent management systems

  • Ability to work on flexible schedule

  • Clear and concise communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

  • The ability to take initiative and work independently as well as seek direction

  • Should have an understanding of the businesses and their needs
