Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Number of hours: 40 hours/week

Schedule: NZ Time, 9AM - 6PM

Tasks required:

  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing plan for 2023-2024

  • Work with MD to create a marketing tactics calendar

  • Oversee all digital marketing for the client, including marketing campaigns and social media posts

  • Monitor and measure ROI of each campaign and conduct split testing

  • Designing and building the website, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management

  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content

  • Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices

  • Maintain and update the clients website and troubleshoot any problems

  • Set up and/or optimize company pages within each platform to increase the company's social content visibility

  • Create and post content to Google My Business and other selected social media platforms

  • Utilize CRMs to develop marketing campaigns

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels

  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well its performing and optimize user experience

  • Review site content, conversion funnels, analytics and statistics to make recommendations for new and creative growth strategies

  • Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or relevant experience

  • Digital Marketing Strategy experience development

  • Established contacts with creative agencies or designers

  • Working knowledge of Wix website builder

  • In-depth knowledge of CRM and various social media platforms and their best practices

  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research

  • Experience with managing B2B and B2C campaigns

  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics

  • Excellent programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS

  • Knowledge of the Search Engine Optimization process

  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends

  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Knowledge in engaging and interacting with a different type of people's demographics

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
