Position: Outbound Sales Representative
Number of hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: Singapore Time Zone
Tasks required:
Handle outbound and cold calls to offer and educate the customers on the benefits of the products and/or services of the client to promote sales
Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Meet and/or exceed quotas
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Tele sales representative or similar sales role
Prior experience in B2B sales specifically in Singapore is required
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Proficiency in Mandarin is a huge advantage but not required
Expertise in the English language, both written and verbal, is a must
Excellent selling, closing, persuasion and presentation skills
Clear and concise communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills
