Position: Outbound Sales Representative

Number of hours: 40 hours/week

Schedule: Singapore Time Zone

Tasks required:

  • Handle outbound and cold calls to offer and educate the customers on the benefits of the products and/or services of the client to promote sales

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads

  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects

  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products

  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly

  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments

  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects

  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers

  • Meet and/or exceed quotas

  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

  • Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned



Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a Tele sales representative or similar sales role

  • Prior experience in B2B sales specifically in Singapore is required

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone

  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a huge advantage but not required

  • Expertise in the English language, both written and verbal, is a must

  • Excellent selling, closing, persuasion and presentation skills

  • Clear and concise communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills
