Position: Furniture Sales Representative

Number of hours : 40 hours/week

Schedule: AEST


Tasks required:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls to offer and educate the customers on the benefits of the products and/or services of the client to promote sales

  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects

  • Actively prospect and foster fruitful business relationships

  • Utilize LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook platforms to promote the company's products and services

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads and pursue new customers and markets

  • Engage with potential customers and build brand awareness

  • Track and report KPI results and accomplishments to the manager on a regular basis

  • Work closely with customers, factories, and offices to facilitate smooth sales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business

  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments

  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects

  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers

  • Meet and/or exceed quotas

  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

  • Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned



Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a virtual sales representative or relevant experience

  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales

  • Background in the Furniture industry is preferred

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone

  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent selling, closing, persuasion and presentation skills

  • Clear and concise communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to generating leads and closing deals
