Position: IT Project Manager
Number of hours: 40 hrs/week

Tasks required:
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery
Job Description
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and video conferencing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to physical security.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including milestones, budget, and resource allocation.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, motivating team members to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on physical security systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Physical Security Emphasis
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of physical security technologies and systems, including Hikvision, Honeywell, Bosch, Yealink, fiber optics, low voltage systems, audio/visual equipment, payment processing systems, and networking infrastructure.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred
