Position: IT Project Manager

Tasks required: 

  • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. 
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established goals. 
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery 

Job Description  

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution. 
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and video conferencing solutions. 
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to physical security. 
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including milestones, budget, and resource allocation. 
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, motivating team members to achieve project objectives. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on physical security systems.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Physical Security Emphasis
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of physical security technologies and systems, including Hikvision, Honeywell, Bosch, Yealink, fiber optics, low voltage systems, audio/visual equipment, payment processing systems, and networking infrastructure. 
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively. 
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly. 
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred
