Position: Social Media Recruiter
Number of hours : 40 hours/week
Schedule: PHT
Tasks:
Plan and execute effective social media recruitment strategies that will help us attract and hire top-notch candidates
Coordinate our social media recruitment campaigns under the supervision of our Social Media Recruiting Manager
Establish sourcing methods and source candidates from platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook
Create and post detailed and transparent job ads (as needed) that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the positions in question
Send out tests, assess candidates’ proficiencies, conduct interviews, and extend job offers after consulting senior recruitment staff
Track our applicants’ progress through the hiring funnel and ensure efficient communication of all applicant status changes
Estimate hiring costs, time-to-hire, quality of potential hires, and candidate retention rates and provide reports to senior management
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Resolve administrative problems within, but not limited to, the Human Resource Team
Perform additional tasks or projects assigned
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Recruiter or a relevant role
Technical recruitment experience is a plus
Knowledge of social media recruitment strategies and best practices
Familiarity with emerging trends on primary social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Proficiency in MS Office tools and Google Workspace applications is required
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s talent management systems
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational skills and possesses great attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Clear and concise communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills
