Position: Marketing Manager

Number of hours: 20 hours/week

Schedule: Eastern Time - US & Canada


Tasks required:

  • Evaluate and optimize marketing strategies

  • Analyze market trends and preparing forecasts

  • Generate new business leads

  • Conduct market research to decide the optimal advertising approach

  • Increase brand awareness and market share

  • Coordinate marketing strategies with the client

  • Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns

  • Ensure that the companys image and message are consistent across all marketing endeavors

  • Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to the client

  • Promote the brand using advertisements on platforms such as social media, search engines, and the company website

  • Maintain the company website to make sure that visible information is up-to-date

  • Keep informed of marketing strategies and trends

  • Other ad hoc tasks to help the team



Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager is required

  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles

  • Excellent grasp of online marketing strategies and techniques using various platforms (e.g Social Media, Website, Search Engines)

  • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods

  • Knowledge of MS Office and marketing applications (e.g. SquareSpace, Wix, Shopify)

  • Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently perform with limited supervision
