Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced CPA with at least five years of experience, preferably within the healthcare or dialysis sectors. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a solid accounting foundation who is eager to take on increased responsibilities with a pathway to grow into a Controller role. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and proficient in Excel and QuickBooks, ready to optimize our accounting practices and support our financial goals.
Tasks required:
Manage daily accounting operations, including financial statement preparation, general ledger management, reconciliations, and invoice processing.
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and potential revenue enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, industry regulations, and best practices.
Provide actionable insights to support budget planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Utilize Excel and QuickBooks to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and enhance reporting efficiency.
Requirements:
CPA certification is mandatory, with a minimum of five years of accounting experience.
Familiar with U.S Law
Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
Industry experience in U.S healthcare or dialysis is highly preferred.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ambition and readiness to advance into a Controller position.
