Tasks required:

  • Design high-quality and visually appealing social media content using Canva or similar apps, including Stories, Reels, and feed posts.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends to create innovative and on-brand content.

  • Write engaging and compelling captions for all feed posts.

  • Tailor messaging to align with brand tone and audience preferences.

  • Utilize scheduling tools like Later to plan and publish content efficiently.

  • Manage the content calendar to ensure consistency and timeliness across platforms.

  • Monitor and analyze Instagram insights and other social media analytics.

  • Provide monthly performance reports and suggest strategies to improve engagement and reach.

  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.

  • Foster relationships with followers and potential collaborators.

  • Collaborate with the team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing goals.

  • Experiment with content types and posting schedules to maximize audience engagement.

  • Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned


Requirements:

  • Must have 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a relevant experience

  • Proficiency in Canva or other design tools for creating high-quality visuals.

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and posts.

  • Familiarity with Instagram reporting and analytics tools.

  • Hands-on experience with scheduling apps like Later or equivalents.

  • Exceptional understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Must consistently create visually appealing and professional-grade content for Stories, Reels, and feed posts.

  • Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging captions tailored to the audience.

  • Must have experience using scheduling apps like Later and analyzing Instagram reports and analytics.

  • Must be reliable, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of professionalism.

  • Familiarity with additional platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Basic video editing skills for creating engaging Reels.

  • Knowledge of paid social campaigns and budget management.

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
