Position: Lead Generation & Researcher

Number of hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: 2PM - 11PM Pacific Timezone


Overview:

We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation and Research Specialist to support our client acquisition and data sourcing efforts in the Finance industry. This role requires a strong grasp of lead research strategies, the ability to identify business targets and owners. Proficiency in LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot is required, while familiarity with Grata (a Business Comparison Search Engine) is a plus. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in online research, CRM tools, and creating accurate and actionable lead databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify businesses aligned within the Finance industry

  • Identify target businesses and owners using LinkedIn, directories, databases, and other research tools

  • Use tools such as LinkedIn, Grata (preferred), ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and other lead platforms

  • Collect valid and verified contact information, including personal emails and phone numbers of business owners

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and outreach campaigns

  • Perform other data research or lead sourcing tasks as assigned

  • Willing and able to attend scheduled meetings in Pacific Time (PST)

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working overlapping hours in Pacific Time (PST)

  • Knowledge in Finance Industry is a MUST

  • Proven experience in lead generation, data research, or sales development, preferably for Finance-related companies

  • Ability to identify decision-makers and business owners through digital platforms

  • Required experience with LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.

  • Knowledge of Grata (Business Comparison Search Engine) is a PLUS.

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Excellent internet research and data validation skills

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, etc.

  • Self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, and capable of working independently

  • Knowledge of data privacy best practices and research ethics

"Find all the multi-location youth dance academies in North and South Carolina that are privately owned and find the owners' direct email and phone number."
