Position: Paid Media Ads Expert (Google and Meta Ads)

Number of hours: 20 hours/week

Schedule: Hongkong Time


Tasks required:

  • Contribute in the implementation of paid online marketing strategies

  • Plan, execute, manage and optimize various advertising campaigns for Google ads, Facebook ads, Tiktok ads, and other online advertising platforms

  • Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs and produce daily reports to identify issues and opportunities for growth

  • Communicate KPIs to key stakeholders

  • See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to keep the company’s marketing strategies current

  • Prepare engaging content and ad copy to boost campaign conversion

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth

  • Collaborate with the client in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

  • Proactively suggest recommendations and optimizations to the team leader

  • Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience with marketing or a relevant role is required

  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles

  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio (also known as Looker Studio)

  • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)

  • Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Creativity and commercial awareness

  • A team player with a customer-oriented approach

  • Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently perform with limited supervision
