Position: Digital Marketer
Number of hours: 25 hours/week
Schedule: Day time, AWST
Tasks required:
Maintain product listings on website
Ensure website functionality
Develop and upload social content
Liaise between stakeholders to ensure smooth, effective and timely communication
Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time & within budget
Conduct user testing and user analysis to assess usability and effectiveness of website
Research tools and technologies to improve website effectiveness and performance
Report to the marketing manager
Maintain documents and procedures for the role
Install, configure and build websites (no coding required)
Run and manage email campaigns, Google Ads campaigns and Facebook Ads campaigns
Occasionally provide assistance or guidance to lower level employees and train them through personal instruction and demonstration
Basic web and graphic design work
Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned
Requirements:
Proven work experience with digital marketing or relevant role is required
Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles and can perform specialized or non-routine tasks
Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
Must be experienced in creating and maintaining WordPress websites
Working knowledge of Elementor tool
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
Must be experienced with Google and Facebook ads
Must be experienced with email marketing
Experience using WooCommerce and ClickUp is a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Creativity and commercial awareness
A team player with a customer-oriented approach
Ability to perform assigned tasks independently and complete deliverables on-time
Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently perform with limited supervision
