Position: Data Entry Assistant

Number of hours: 20 hours/week

Schedule: 8am-12nn / 10am-2pm AU Timezone


Tasks required:

  • Produce statements for our clients using excel

  • Produce customer scorecards by finding and entering specific data points from a range of sources including Google AdWords, SharpSpring, Hubspot, LinkedIn, into a spreadsheet and making sure the information entered is accurate

  • Maintain database by entering new and updated lead and account information found principally on LinkedIn

  • Prepare excel spreadsheets for upload into CRM (e.g. SharpSpring, Hubspot) by compiling and sorting information

  • Verify entered lead and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data

  • Combine data from multiple systems to spot incomplete data

  • Purge files to eliminate duplication of data

  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes

  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential

  • Set up eDMs in a marketing automation platform (e.g. SharpSpring, HubSpot)

  • Build automated workflows and data manipulation on the platform

  • Other ad hoc tasks to be assigned




Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Data Entry Assistant or relevant role is required

  • Knowledge of entering and managing client information in a CRM (e.g. HubSpot, SharpSpring, Marketo or Salesforce)

  • Knowledge in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. MS Office)

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Great attention to detail and in following instructions

  • Self-disciplined, organized, efficient, and able to work with limited supervision
