Tasks required:
Conduct outbound cold calling to reach prospective businesses, primarily targeting business owners.
Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects to introduce and discuss the company’s services.
Identify and engage interested prospects, scheduling appointments with business owners to explore potential partnerships.
Drive the cold calling process to expand the client base and generate qualified leads for the company’s services.
Source and qualify leads through LinkedIn and other relevant channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s buyer persona and target market.
Schedule and manage lead appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and confirmations using various communication methods (email, chat, calls).
Track prospect information, timelines, preferences, and qualifications, recording accurate and consistent data in the company’s CRM.
Deliver brand-aligned responses during prospect engagement to build trust and successfully convert leads into appointments.
Develop and execute customized email marketing campaigns aligned with the client’s branding and objectives.
Design, edit, and update email templates to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
Deploy email campaigns to targeted audiences, ensuring accurate timing and relevance.
Localize content and promotional strategies for specific markets to enhance audience engagement and customer experience.
Monitor campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and unsubscribes, to optimize results.
Conduct detailed QA checks on email campaigns, verifying links, subject lines, preheaders, creative elements, and legal compliance.
Engage with new leads, referrals, and prospects via email, chat, and calls, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Assist in managing the sales pipeline, preventing bottlenecks, and ensuring prospects move smoothly through each stage of the sales cycle.
Track and analyze lead performance, suggesting strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Provide insights into client and prospect needs, helping refine marketing and sales strategies for better results.
Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned
Requirements:
Proven working experience as Lead Generation Specialist is required
Experience with appointment setting is a must
Must have experience in email marketing and marketing automation software
Knows how to source out and qualify leads
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
Knows how to craft responses and do meaningful conversations
Very particular on the process of sourcing out leads and what tools to use
Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Exhibit strong work ethic and initiative
Clear and concise communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills
Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision
