Position: Marketing Manager

Number of hours: 20 hours/week

Schedule: EST

Work Location: On site at an office in Lagro, Quezon City

Tasks required:

  • Oversee marketing activities for the client, including marketing campaigns and social media posts

  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Track prospects, timelines, hot buttons, and specific qualifications, and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's CRM

  • Generate and source out leads through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Outreach, and other channels

  • Contact new leads, referrals, etc. using different channels of communication (email, chat, calls.)

  • Localize the promotional and content marketing strategy in key strategic locations in order to provide customers a better experience

  • Deploy email campaigns on the clients behalf ensuring each campaign is sent to the appropriate audience at the correct date and time.

  • Set up and send out newsletters and monitor the open rates, unsubscribes, and other established KPIs

  • Manage the email QA process by checking all important aspects of the email campaign, including, but not limited to, links, subject line, preheader, creative, and legal, and by completing the QA Checklist

  • Utilize CRM to develop marketing and social media campaigns

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification

  • Maintain and coordinate calendars, ensuring effective time management and scheduling of meetings, and appointments

  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well its performing and optimize user experience

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

  • Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in Marketing and Business Management is required

  • Bachelors degree in marketing and communications is a must

  • In-depth knowledge of Bigin (by Zoho) CRM and various social media platforms and their best practices

  • Working experience with Mailchimp is required

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a marketing team

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

  • Background in Graphic Design is an advantage

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Social Media Paid Ads and Google Adwords campaigns

  • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods

  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network

  • Clear and concise communicator with a neutral English accent and effective verbal communication skills

  • Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision
