Position: Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Number of hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: Central Time
Tasks required:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain the clients social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
- Set up and/or optimize company pages within each platform to increase the company's social content visibility
- Utilize CRMs to develop marketing campaigns
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
- Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well its performing and optimize user experience
- Review site content, conversion funnels, analytics and statistics to make recommendations for new and creative growth strategies
- Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or a relevant experience
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a digital marketing team
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- In-depth knowledge of CRM and various social media platforms and their best practices
- Experience with managing B2B and B2C campaigns
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Excellent knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
