Hiring Coordinator
About the job Hiring Coordinator
Recruitment Management:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for
- per diem assignments.
- 50 interviews a week goal
- 20 candidates submitted for onboarding each week
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sources to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
- Build a pipeline of candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
Onboarding and Compliance:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Verify credentials, licenses, and certifications to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and credentials.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating shifts for per diem staff.
- Handle inquiries from candidates and clients regarding assignments, pay,
- benefits, etc.
- Support other administrative tasks related to staffing operations as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with a staffing platform (Gale or other) is a plus.
