Position: Project-Based Recruiter
Number of hours: Commission based
Schedule: Flexible hours, PH Time
Tasks required:
Lead process development effort to centralize sourcing information and improve efficiency of the talent acquisition process
Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions
Source potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms
Manage hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems
Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitate pre-interview assessments
Document processes and foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants
Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
Perform additional tasks or projects assigned
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist or any relevant role is required
Willingness to work on a commission-based salary
Technical recruitment experience is a plus
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations talent management systems and ATS
Ability to work on a flexible schedule
Clear and concise communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
The ability to take initiative and work independently as well as seek direction
Should have an understanding of different businesses and their needs
