Position: Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist

Number of hours: 15-20 hours per week

Schedule: Canada Time


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

  • Monitor campaign budgets, CPL, ROAS, leads, conversions, and other key performance metrics.

  • Manage and maintain HubSpot tracking, lead attribution, and campaign data.

  • Support the development and optimization of landing pages, forms, and lead-generation funnels.

  • Monitor lead generation and conversion performance across paid search and paid social campaigns.

  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign results.

  • Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and campaign issues proactively.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall marketing performance.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

  • Proven experience in lead generation, conversion tracking, and performance marketing.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Strong reporting skills and experience working with performance metrics such as CPL, ROAS, leads, and conversions.

  • Experience with HubSpot is strongly preferred.

  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets.

  • Familiarity with landing pages, lead funnels, paid search, paid social, and email nurture campaigns.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot tracking or campaign issues.

  • Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of campaigns, and managing priorities with minimal supervision.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
