Position: Admin/ Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities
Transfer and organize approximately 20,000+ emails from Microsoft Outlook to SuiteFiles.
Ensure emails are properly categorized, labeled, and archived according to the company’s filing structure.
Maintain accuracy and consistency when uploading and organizing records.
Review email content and attachments to ensure complete and correct transfer.
Assist in maintaining an organized digital records management system.
Communicate progress and report any issues or discrepancies during the migration process.
Follow company guidelines for data security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or document management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
Experience with SuiteFiles is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
High attention to detail and organization.
Ability to handle large volumes of data/emails efficiently.
Strong time management and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
Experience with email migration or document management systems.
Familiarity with cloud-based document storage platforms.
Experience handling digital records organization and archiving.
