Tasks Required:

A. Inbound & Demand Generation Strategy

  • Develop and execute a B2B inbound marketing strategy targeting commercial landlords, property owners, and asset managers.

  • Drive qualified inbound enquiries through organic search, content marketing, and social media channels.

  • Align marketing activity with commercial objectives and sales pipeline requirements.

  • Identify and target high-intent keywords, topics, and audiences relevant to commercial solar and battery installations.

B. SEO & Organic Search Optimisation

  • Lead and own the ongoing SEO strategy for the websites, including:

    • Keyword research focused on commercial property and renewable energy decision-makers

    • On-page optimisation (metadata, headers, internal linking, content structure)

    • Coordination of technical SEO (site speed, indexing, crawlability)

  • Improve domain authority through high-quality content, backlink strategies, and cross-site linking.

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on organic search performance, inbound enquiries, and conversion rates.

C. Content & Market Intelligence

  • Build and manage a structured content pipeline, including:

    • Articles, blogs, and insights tailored to commercial landlords

    • Market intelligence, industry trends, policy updates, and case studies

  • Position Powerr and NICL as trusted thought leaders in commercial solar and energy storage.

  • Ensure all content is SEO-optimised and designed to support inbound lead conversion.

  • Repurpose long-form content across social media and website channels to maximise reach and impact.

D. Social Media (LinkedIn & Twitter/X)

  • Develop and manage a targeted social media strategy focused on:

    • Commercial landlords

    • Property owners, asset managers, and investors

  • Promote content, insights, and key messages to drive website traffic and inbound enquiries.

  • Build brand credibility and awareness within the commercial property sector.

  • Monitor performance, engagement, and audience growth, refining content based on insights and results

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, inbound marketing, or demand generation.

  • Strong hands-on SEO experience (keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical fundamentals).

  • Excellent content strategy and writing capability, ideally within property, energy, or infrastructure sectors.

  • Experience managing LinkedIn and Twitter/X for B2B audiences.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and SEO tools (e.g. GA, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs).

  • Ability to translate commercial objectives into clear marketing outcomes.
