Position: Admin & Executive Support

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative assistance to support daily business operations.
Schedule and publish social media content according to the content calendar.
Perform basic editing and trimming of social media videos or graphics before posting.
Monitor engagement on social media platforms, including comments, messages, and reactions.
Reach out to individuals who interact with or engage with social media posts.
Assist with lead outreach and communication through social platforms and chat.
Maintain organized records of outreach activities, conversations, and potential leads.
Conduct basic research and provide additional executive or administrative support as needed.
Utilize AI tools when appropriate to assist with communication, content preparation, and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Familiarity with managing and posting content on social media platforms.
Basic social media content editing skills (video trimming, simple graphic adjustments, or captions).
Excellent written communication skills for outreach and messaging.
Ability to track and maintain organized records of leads and outreach activities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Comfortable using digital tools, social media platforms, and AI tools to improve productivity.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Knowledge (not required):
Basic understanding of electrical wire harnessing, connectors, terminals, and part specifications.
