Position: Full-Stack Developer
Number of hours: 20 hours/week
Schedule: Dubai Time zone
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and support web and mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript, Django, and Python.
Build and enhance front-end user interfaces and/or back-end systems based on project requirements.
Design, develop, and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements and implement technical solutions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and overall user experience.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing system improvements.
Document technical processes, system updates, and development workflows.
Qualifications
Proven experience with React Native, JavaScript, Django, and Python.
Strong understanding of front-end and/or back-end development principles and best practices.
Experience building, maintaining, and integrating RESTful APIs and web services.
Proficiency with databases, version control systems (e.g., Git), and modern development workflows.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop effective solutions independently.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively within distributed teams.
Experience working with Education Technology (EdTech) and/or Health Technology (HealthTech) companies is highly preferred.
Full-Stack development experience is highly desirable; however, candidates specializing in either Front-End or Back-End Development are encouraged to apply.
