Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and engage prospective investors, capital allocators, and strategic partners through LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels.

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source, qualify, and connect with high-value prospects and decision-makers.

  • Generate and schedule qualified meetings between prospective investors and the client’s leadership team.

  • Manage prospect pipelines, outreach activities, and engagement tracking within CRM platforms.

  • Develop personalized outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies to increase response and conversion rates.

  • Conduct market research to identify new investor opportunities and support business development initiatives.

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with executives, investors, and senior stakeholders.

  • Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting and pipeline generation targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Investor Relations, or a related B2B sales role.

  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, including prospect sourcing, lead qualification, and outreach campaign execution.

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar systems.

  • Experience within financial services, investment management, private equity, venture capital, or investor relations is a strong advantage.

  • Demonstrated success in generating qualified meetings and developing sales pipelines through outbound prospecting.

  • Comfortable engaging and building relationships with executives, investors, founders, and senior decision-makers.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality outreach and engagement standards.
