Position: Junior Developer (Salesforce / SFDC)

Number of hours: 40 hours / week
Schedule: EST

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.

  • Configure and customize Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, and security settings.

  • Assist in building custom business logic using Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL/SOSL queries.

  • Support the development of Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience.

  • Perform unit testing, bug fixing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution under the guidance of senior developers.

  • Assist with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party applications.

  • Maintain technical documentation, deployment notes, and system configuration records.

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and senior developers to deliver assigned features and enhancements.

  • Participate in code reviews and implement feedback to improve code quality.

  • Follow Salesforce development standards, coding best practices, and security guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in Salesforce development, CRM development, or software development.

  • Basic understanding of Salesforce Platform, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.

  • Familiarity with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling concepts.

  • Basic knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.

  • Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while following established development processes.

  • Salesforce Associate

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (preferred)

  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner

  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

  • Scrum Foundations
