Position: Developer (.NET / Java / Enterprise) - Junior

Number of hours: 40 hours / week
Schedule: EST

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain application features using .NET, Java, or enterprise development frameworks.

  • Fix software defects and perform root cause analysis for assigned issues.

  • Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.

  • Participate in code reviews and implement feedback from senior developers.

  • Assist with technical documentation, system specifications, and user guides.

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Project Managers to deliver assigned features.

  • Support application testing, deployment, and production issue resolution.

  • Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and software development best practices.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and team meetings.

  • Continuously improve technical knowledge and development skills.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in software development or application development.

  • Basic knowledge of C#/.NET or Java programming.

  • Familiarity with object-oriented programming (OOP), SQL, and REST APIs.

  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


Preferred Certifications:

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner

  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

  • Scrum Foundations

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (preferred)

  • Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE (preferred for Java developers)
