Position: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development and sales strategies focused on expanding the company’s presence in the Latin American printing supplies and consumables market.
Identify, research, and establish relationships with key traders, wholesalers, distributors, resellers, and strategic business partners.
Drive market expansion initiatives in priority countries, particularly Mexico and Brazil, by identifying new business opportunities and distribution channels.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with companies involved in the trading and distribution of:
Printer cartridges
Toner supplies
Printing consumables
Office equipment-related products
Leverage existing industry networks to generate qualified leads and establish new commercial relationships.
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other sales channels.
Present and promote the company’s products and solutions to prospective customers, distributors, and business partners.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products, pricing strategies, and commercial solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including:
Prospecting
Lead qualification
Client engagement
Negotiation
Follow-up
Closing deals
Account development
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients, distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners.
Research market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging business opportunities within Latin America.
Develop and maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately record leads, opportunities, communications, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer requirements, order coordination, and successful account growth.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, market opportunities, and business development activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, International Sales, Channel Sales, Distribution Sales, Account Management, or a similar commercial role.
Strong experience in the printing supplies, printer consumables, toner, cartridge, office equipment, trading, distribution, or related industries.
Experience developing business relationships with traders, wholesalers, distributors, resellers, and channel partners.
Experience selling or managing distribution channels involving HP, Canon, or similar printer brands and consumable products is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of the Latin American market, particularly Mexico and Brazil, including distribution networks and business practices.
Proven ability to generate leads, develop partnerships, negotiate deals, and achieve sales growth.
Experience managing international clients and cross-border business development activities.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency is highly preferred for supporting Latin American markets.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using CRM systems, sales pipeline management tools, and prospecting platforms.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) and coordinate effectively across different international time zones.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
An established network of printing supplies traders, wholesalers, distributors, and resellers in Latin America.
Direct experience selling or distributing HP, Canon, or similar printer consumables and related products.
Strong knowledge of channel distribution, trading operations, and regional supply chains.
Experience managing relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, and regional distributors.
Proven success in expanding business presence within Mexico, Brazil, or other Latin American markets.
Experience identifying new markets, developing partnerships, and generating long-term revenue opportunities.
Strong commercial understanding of the printing supplies and consumables industry.
Ability to independently manage the full business development cycle from prospect identification to partnership growth.
