Position: Developer (RPA) – Junior

Number of hours: 40 hours / week
Schedule: EST

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain RPA bots using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

  • Assist in automating business processes and repetitive tasks.

  • Configure RPA workflows, orchestrators, and bot schedules.

  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and exception handling for automation solutions.

  • Troubleshoot bot failures and support production incidents.

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and stakeholders to understand automation requirements.

  • Maintain technical documentation, process design documents (PDDs), and solution design documents (SDDs).

  • Participate in code reviews and implement feedback from senior developers.

  • Follow RPA development standards, security policies, and best practices.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and team meetings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in RPA development, software development, or automation.

  • Basic knowledge of UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar RPA platforms.

  • Basic understanding of programming concepts, SQL, APIs, and workflow automation.

  • Familiarity with SDLC, Git, and Agile methodologies.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • UiPath Certified Professional – Associate

  • Automation Anywhere Certified Essentials

  • Blue Prism Developer Certification

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner

  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

  • Scrum Foundations
