Position: Developer (RPA) – Junior
Number of hours: 40 hours / week
Schedule: EST
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain RPA bots using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Assist in automating business processes and repetitive tasks.
Configure RPA workflows, orchestrators, and bot schedules.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and exception handling for automation solutions.
Troubleshoot bot failures and support production incidents.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and stakeholders to understand automation requirements.
Maintain technical documentation, process design documents (PDDs), and solution design documents (SDDs).
Participate in code reviews and implement feedback from senior developers.
Follow RPA development standards, security policies, and best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and team meetings.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in RPA development, software development, or automation.
Basic knowledge of UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar RPA platforms.
Basic understanding of programming concepts, SQL, APIs, and workflow automation.
Familiarity with SDLC, Git, and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Blue Prism Developer Certification
AWS Cloud Practitioner
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
