We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Acute Care Registered Nurses to join our team. As an Acute Care RN, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in acute care settings such as hospitals and medical centers. Your expertise and dedication will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and recovery of our patients. We have all positions and shifts available.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans

  2. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

  3. Monitoring vital signs and documenting patient observations

  4. Collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care

  5. Educating patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care

  6. Maintaining accurate medical records and reports

  7. Responding effectively to emergencies

  8. Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and infection control protocols

  9. Maintaining professional development by participating in ongoing education and training opportunities

Requirements:

  1. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington, compact licensure, or the ability to obtain a Washington state license before the start date.

  2. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

  3. Prior experience in acute care settings is highly desirable

  4. Demonstrated knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and techniques

  5. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  7. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

  8. Dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care

  9. Certifications such as ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) are a plus but not mandatory.
