Home Health Registered Nurse

Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Home Health RN, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients by providing high-quality, personalized care in the comfort of their own homes.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. You will also provide education and support to patients and their families, helping them navigate the challenges of managing their health at home.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or higher

• RN (1+ years) experience

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)

• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)

• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)

• Must have valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)

Comp Range: Pay-Per-Visit position with a 6-month orientation pay guarantee! 

$3K Per pay period stipend guaranteed for the 6 months.

Per Visit Rate: Ranges from $42-46/visit

$15K Sign-On Bonus (paid out quarterly over the course a year)

Outcome based Bonus ($1K per quarter)
