Required Qualifications:

· Engineering degree (electrical/mechanical/civil)

· 8 years design experience

· MEP systems expertise (power, cooling, fire suppression)

· Knowledge of industry standards (TIA-942, Uptime Institute, ASHRAE)

Technical Skills:

· High-density computing facility design

· Modular construction techniques

· Sustainability certifications (LEED, Energy Star)

· Risk assessment and value engineering

· Both new construction and retrofit projects
