The Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven HR Business Partner - Talent Acquisition to shape and execute recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent for our clients. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep expertise in talent acquisition, employer branding, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy

  • Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire high-caliber candidates.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clients, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and design customized recruitment plans.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage data analytics to track hiring metrics, improve processes, and enhance decision-making.

2. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Enhance Right Seats and its clients' employer brands through strategic recruitment marketing.
  • Develop compelling job descriptions and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with the communications team to create content that showcases company culture and career opportunities.

3. Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
  • Conduct regular consultations with hiring managers and leadership teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations on hiring trends, compensation benchmarking, and talent availability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.

4. Process Optimization & HR Technology

  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Utilize HR technology, ATS (Manatal), and digital recruitment platforms to streamline hiring.
  • Implement talent analytics and reporting to measure recruitment effectiveness.

5. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

  • Champion DEI initiatives within recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Develop inclusive hiring practices that support equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR business partnership.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with senior leadership.
  • Expertise in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent sourcing strategies.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, especially Manatal, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of HR policies, compensation structures, and labor law compliance.
