We are looking for an experienced Airbnb/Short-Let Management Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience managing short-let properties, including familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset to manage listings, bookings, guest interactions, and property performance effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Property Listing Management: Create, update, and optimize property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and other relevant platforms to maximize occupancy and revenue.

- Guest Communication and Support: Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and communication pre-arrival, during the stay, and post-departure to ensure a seamless guest experience.

- Pricing and Revenue Management: Monitor pricing trends and adjust rates dynamically to optimize occupancy rates and maximize revenue.

- Housekeeping and Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee cleaning, maintenance, and property upkeep, coordinating with local service providers to ensure high standards.

- Reviews and Feedback Management: Monitor guest reviews, respond professionally, and implement feedback to maintain high ratings and resolve any issues.

- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and report on property performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.

- Platform Expertise: Utilize the latest tools and features on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms to optimize listings and enhance the guest experience.

Key Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in short-let or Airbnb property management.

- Proficiency with property management platforms and tools, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and property management software (e.g., Guesty, Hostfully).

- Strong customer service skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and guest relations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with revenue management practices, dynamic pricing, and occupancy optimization.

Preferred Skills:- Experience coordinating with vendors and managing remote teams.

- Knowledge of property marketing and digital listing optimization.

- Analytical skills to track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
