Clinical Director, OB & NICU

The Clinical Director will lead and oversee the department's activities and resources to achieve both departmental and organizational goals. This leadership role is essential in ensuring high standards of clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with all relevant requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Implementation:

• Develop and execute department goals, plans, and standards aligned with the organization's clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical objectives.

Operational Management:

• Direct and oversee departmental operations, including patient care delivery, service level determination, compliance management, and the integration of innovative information technologies.

• Ensure adherence to performance and quality control benchmarks.

Staff Leadership & Development:

• Plan, manage, and monitor staffing activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

Financial Oversight:
