About the Role:
A well-established southeastern law firm with a strong national presence is seeking a Transactional Attorney to join its Financial Services practice group. The ideal candidate will have 38 years of experience working on syndicated credit facilities, leveraged finance, and other complex financial transactions. This role offers the chance to work on high-value matters within a collaborative, nationally recognized legal team.
A hybrid work model is available, typically requiring 3 days in-office per week.
Key Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from a Top 30 law school, with a minimum GPA of 3.0

North Carolina Bar admission preferred

38 years of relevant experience in a Top 200 AM Law firm

Demonstrated expertise in financial services transactions, particularly syndicated lending and leveraged finance

Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal communication skills
