Responsibilities

  • This role involves working with cross-functional teams of account managers, designers, copywriters, and developers to create effective marketing campaigns and strategies for our clients
  • Review and evaluate copy and design to ensure creative is meeting client expectations and objectives
  • Independently coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion, within budget and timeline constraints
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and the internal team, ensuring that communication is clear and efficient
  • Partner closely with Traffic Managers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure changes in day-to-day project needs are being anticipated and managed
  • Prioritize and troubleshoot based on changing project needs and attention to internal and client deadlines
  • Develop work statements, project briefs to kickoff projects internally
  • Develop project schedules/timelines, ensuring that milestones are identified and met
  • Update project status documents on a daily basis and communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate and manage the final production process including: scheduling and maintaining production dates; providing complete information and detailed instructions to studio; coordinating client approvals; proofing and reviewing final, contact and color proofs; and reviewing all purchase orders to vendors for accuracy
  • Listen to client inputs, reconcile client feedback, and clarify client expectations
  • Share client feedback and revisions with the larger internal team
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress; identify and manage project risks and issues, communicating them to the appropriate stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Maintain daily status reports and meeting agendas for internal teams and clients
  • Manage budgets and resources, working with senior account team members to ensure that projects are profitable

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, including creative review and evaluation
  • Agency or Media Co. experience preferable. 
  • Ability to work remotely, as required, with a dedicated workspace without distraction and reliable high-speed broadband Internet connectivity
  • Ability to evaluate creative, copy, design
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering them on-time and within budget
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Adaptable to changing situations and demands
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Quick learner, capable of grasping concepts and extrapolating and applying knowledge to current and future work projects
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and developers
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and disciplines, with the ability to apply them to project planning and execution
  • Work extremely well under stress and tight deadlines in a very fast-paced environment
