Key Responsibilities:
  • Embody, promote, and celebrate the agency's vision and values within the team.
  • Oversee the strategic, creative, client engagement, and delivery aspects of all projects, ensuring high standards.
  • Work closely with various teams across the agency to maximize client outcomes and creative work.
  • Guide junior team members, from Account Executives to Account Managers, setting expectations and fostering growth.
  • Monitor team capacity, identifying future needs and providing additional support when required.
  • Utilize multichannel thinking to connect client and industry knowledge with creative ideas and execution.
  • Confidently discuss the value of participation and insights with clients, ensuring alignment on briefs and deliverables.
  • Challenge teams and planners to ensure that all briefs are grounded in strong cultural insights.
  • Define strategic objectives in collaboration with planning teams and present compelling narratives to clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on brand strategy, business challenges, and opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and address operational issues before they escalate.
  • Implement personal development plans for key client contacts, ensuring relationship growth.
  • Manage long-term financial forecasting, client chargeability, and new income opportunities, while ensuring timely invoicing and debt management.
  • Confidently assess creative ideas, ensuring they align with the brief and the clients needs, while fostering an energetic creative process.
