Powder Coater

• Compensation: $51,000 - $70,000 + Full Time Benefit
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in powder coating within a manufacturing setting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare parts and assemblies for powder coating, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
• Operate powder coating equipment to apply coatings to metal surfaces.
• Ensure a smooth and consistent application of powder coating, maintaining thickness and color consistency.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products, rectify defects, and ensure adherence to our standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, complying with safety protocols and regulations.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and conduct basic maintenance for optimal operation.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve deadlines and productivity targets.
• Accurately record work performed and materials utilized.
