Position Overview:

This individual will work closely with leadership to attract top talent and ensure HR policies align with company objectives while fostering an engaging and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to position Skubbs as a top choice for technology professionals.

HR Policy Implementation and Management:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives and comply with employment laws.

  • Ensure clear communication of policies to employees and provide guidance on compliance and adherence.

  • Regularly review and update policies to adapt to changing business needs.

Employee Engagement & Culture Development:

  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance review process and assist managers in setting goals and providing feedback.

  • Identify opportunities for employee development and recommend training programs.


HR Operations:

  • Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR systems effectively.

  • Provide HR-related insights and recommendations to senior management based on workforce data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

  • Strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
